Develop Masterclass Series: Feasibility and Finance

Unlock the secrets of project feasibility and finance with Michelle Wooldridge

Achieving success in property development requires disciplined analysis, a clear understanding of risk, and the ability to test whether a project is truly viable before committing capital.

In this session, Michelle Wooldridge will guide participants through the practical realities of project feasibility and finance, unpacking how developers assess site opportunities, test assumptions, and make informed decisions at critical points in the project lifecycle.

Drawing on real-world examples, the session will explore the core components of a well-structured feasibility study, including site selection, due diligence, and development finance. Participants will gain insight into common feasibility pitfalls, how feasibility evolves as a project progresses, and how early financial decisions can materially influence project outcomes.

This is a practical, decision-focused session designed to strengthen judgement, reduce risk and support better development outcomes.

This session forms part of the Develop Masterclass Series, designed to build end-to-end development capability across the full property lifecycle. Participants can enrol in individual sessions, a three-session bundle, or the full six-session program.
