About UDIA Queensland
The Urban Development Institute Australia Queensland (the Institute) is a non-profit, peak industry body governed by a Board of Directors.
For over 50 years we have been an integral part of Queensland’s property industry, becoming the State’s largest network of community creators.
Our members have created thousands of spaces that Queenslanders enjoy on a daily basis.
Across the public and private sectors, they are professionals who plan, design, and deliver land, parks, open spaces, recreational spaces, buildings and homes. To continue the quest in creating world-class communities, we support our members by putting their interests at the centre of everything we do, ensuring their views are heard at the highest levels of government through our advocacy efforts.
