Designed for life: Creating communities Made for People

At its heart, our industry has always been about much more than assets, approvals or feasibility spreadsheets. It is about the neighbourhoods, homes, places and communities we help bring to life. In this edition of establish, we explore this issue’s theme, Made for People, through the lens of a housing sector working hard to respond to population growth, affordability pressures, and tight feasibility. From advocating for critical policy and infrastructure reform to exploring how thoughtful design can deliver density done well, we look at what is possible when people remain at the centre of decision-making, and how the places we create today can support better lives, stronger communities, and lasting benefits for Queenslanders.
