Everything you need to know about accessing and using the Member Portal.

What is the Member Portal?

The Member Portal is your one-stop hub for exclusive member benefits, including access to policy alerts, research dashboards, full issues of Establish magazine, and other valuable resources designed just for members.

If you’re a member and don’t yet have access, click ‘Forgot Password’ above to set up your account using your email address. If you encounter any issues, please explore the other FAQs below or contact our team for assistance.

Trouble logging in?

If you used the ‘Forgot Password’ option but didn’t receive the reset email (even after checking your junk folder), please contact us via email or 07 3229 1589.

If  your email isn’t recognised, confirm it’s the email associated with your UDIA Queensland Membership. If unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Not sure if you have access?
  • Visit the Member Directory on our website
  • Search for your company
  • Complete the “I work here” form.

You’ll receive a welcome email within 48 hours with instructions to set your password and access the dashboard. If your company is not a Member, please contact us to learn more about the benefits of becoming a member.

New to your company?

If you recently joined a member company, complete the ‘I work here’ form on the Member Directory page to set up your access.
