This exclusive program delivers advanced leadership training, expert-led workshops, and high-level discussions with industry peers, equipping you with the tools to lead teams and projects to success.

With a small cohort of experienced professionals, you’ll engage in strategic conversations, strengthen your leadership skills, and expand your influence within the property sector. Tailored for established leaders, this program builds on your expertise, helping you become an even more effective and impactful leader.

  • Year-long Mentor from the industry (CEO, Managing Director, Director level)
  • Two day overnight off-site with leading business coaches from Creating Leaders
  • One day intensive leadership session with Creating Leaders
  • Two one  hour coaching sessions with leading business coaches from Creating Leaders
  • Belbin profile test
  • Lunch with a Leader ticket (2 events)
  • Brisbane Breakfast event ticket (1 event)
  • Attendance at three Established Leaders Forums
  • Networking with other Established Leaders
  • Coaching catch-up with a UDIA Queensland Leader (Life Member, Board Member or other senior leader)
