Social and Affordable Housing: Delivering Better Outcomes

As the housing crisis deepens and demand for social and affordable housing continues to grow, join us on 22 May to discuss the role our industry can play in delivering viable, well-designed housing solutions for the Gold Coast.

Delivery remains complex. This session focuses on what’s actually happening on the ground, the constraints projects are facing, and where there may be a path forward.

Julie Saunders from the Community Housing Industry Association Queensland will share insights into the role of community housing providers on the Gold Coast, including how collaboration with industry, policy settings, and innovative delivery models can help unlock more sustainable outcomes.

Anna O’Gorman from Anna O’Gorman Architects will explore how social and affordable housing design is evolving, including practical approaches to improving functionality, sustainability, and community outcomes in a local context.

Natalie Rayment from Therefor Group will join the panel to share industry insights and perspectives on delivering better outcomes for communities.

Be part of the discussion.
