Queensland’s housing future hinges on infrastructure delivery, and right now, it’s not keeping up.
Delays, funding gaps, and fragmented coordination are putting pressure on project viability, at the very moment we need to accelerate housing delivery.
Be part of the conversation as we hear from industry leaders, government, and developers. We’ll discuss what’s needed to break the stalemate and move from problem to action. Final speaker line-up to be announced soon.

Scott Ullman will explore how uncertainty around infrastructure capacity and funding impacts project feasibility and housing delivery. The session concludes with a panel discussion on where progress is being made, where key disconnects remain, and what’s needed to move forward.
