Institute Responds to SealSMART Changes
Brisbane City Council has made changes to the SealSMART initiative removing the ability for Building Format Plans to be assessed under this process until further notice.
Podium carparking changes
Branch members have raised serious concern over council’s change positioning on carparking. Under the proposed requirements, City of Gold Coast would require carparking to be located underground (basement) or at grade with generous deep planting requirements.
