New Life Member announced

Marina Vit, Chief Operating Officer of Mosaic Property Group, was awarded life membership of the Institute at the 2019 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence.

Life membership is bestowed to those who have selflessly dedicated their time and expertise to ensuring the industry continues to evolve and deliver housing product that our communities can embrace. It is reserved exclusively for those individuals whose character and integrity are highly valued among industry colleagues.

Institute CEO, Kirsty Chessher-Brown, says that Ms Vit has held a deep commitment to leading innovative development in the State that aligns with the community’s expectations.

“Marina’s dedication to the betterment of the industry remains unwavering. It’s because of her work that we continue to drive forward positive changes to development in the State,” Ms Chessher-Brown said.

Ms Vit is the immediate past-CEO of the Institute having served in the role for 5 years. She is credited with solidifying the Institute’s long-term position in the industry as a thought-leader and driver of change.

The Institute’s Board is responsible for conferring life membership.
