The big movers in house sales remained unchanged from last quarter with Forest Lake remaining in top spot with 350 sales, The Gap has tied with Bracken Ridge with both recording 258 sales. There were 13,935 house sales over the last 12 months, a 0.7% increase on last quarter. Median house price over the last 12 months is $695,000 a 0.7% increase from last quarter. There were 1,380 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Land sales were strongest in Pallara with 176 lots sold, Rochedale with 165, and Bridgeman Downs at 102. Median land price over the last 12 months is $414,000, representing a 0.2% decrease compared to the previous 12 month period.

The top three spots for houses sales over the last 12 months are Rochedale South (207), Regents Park (178), and Shailer Park (153). There were 4,150 house sales over the last 12 months, a 0.7% decrease from last quarter. Median house price over the last 12 months is $425,000, a 1.2% decrease from last quarter. There were 1,429 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. The median land price over the period is $228,000, a 1.3% increase compared to the previous 12 month period. Park Ridge, Greenbank, and Bahrs Scrub were the big movers in land sales with 238, 171, and 164 sales respectively.

House sales over the last 12 months have totalled 8,224, an increase of 2% from the last quarter. Upper Coomera with 520 sales topped the leader board, followed by Helensvale with 343 and Robina with 329 sales. Median house price over the last 12 months is $645,000, with a 0.8% increase from last quarter. There were 6,968 unit sales over the last 12 months, a 2.9% increase on last quarter. Median unit price over the last 12 months is $412,000, a 0.5% increase from last quarter. Over the last 12 months, Pimpama recorded the most land sales with 291 lots sold, while Coomera recorded 231, and Ormeau sold 131 lots. There were 1,183 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Median land price over the last 12 months is $298,000, a 0.3% decrease on the previous 12 months.

Buderim was the clear leader of house sales in the region with 552 sales, while Mountain Creek and Maroochydore had 225 and 212 sales respectively. Median house price over the last 12 months is $610,000, a 0.8% increase from last quarter. There were 5,698 total house sales over the last 12 months, up 2.8% from last quarter. Palmview topped the charts again with 285 land sales over the last 12 months, ahead of Baringa with 98 and Bokarina with 54. Median land price over the last 12 months is 280,612, a 2.5% increase on the previous 12 month period. There were 1,294 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months.

There were 7,185 house sales over the last 12 months, a 1.3% increase from last quarter. Caboolture and North Lakes remain in a close race for the top spot with 423 and 415 house sales respectively. Morayfield took out third place with 392 sales. Median house price over the last 12 months is $468,000, which 0.6% increase from last quarter. Morayfield, Griffin, and Newport took out the top three spots for land sales with 165, 139, and 126 sales respectively. There were 1,545 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Median land price over the last 12 months is $275,000, a 6% leap compared to the previous 12 month period.

There were 2,618 house sales over the last 12 months, a 0.3% decrease from last quarter. Over the last 12 months, Redland Bay topped the chart with 310 sales closely followed by Thornlands and Alexandra Hills tied on 274. Median house price over the last 12 months is $530,000, a 0.5% decrease from last quarter.

In house sales over the last 12 months, Springfield Lakes continued to outperform the rest with 313 sales, 13 more than our last report. Redbank Plains clocked up 265 and Brassall recorded 159 sales. The median house price over the last 12 months is $360,000, with no change from last quarter. There were 3,165 house sales in the last 12 months, a decrease of 0.8% on last quarter. There were 1,116 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. In this period, Spring Mountain sold 319, South Ripley 119, and Redbank Plains 82. Median land price over the last 12 months is $209,900, a 2.4% increase compared to the previous 12 month period.

There were 2,400 houses sold over the last 12 months, down 0.5% from the last quarter. Newtown topped the leader board with 158 sales, Rangeville sold 155, and Harristown sold 139. Median house price over the last 12 months is $371,000, a 0.1% increase from last quarter. There were 461 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Middle Ridge accounting for 95, and Highfields and Cotswold Hills recording 57 and 18 sales respectively. Median land price over the last 12 months is $200,000, an 8.1% jump compared to the previous 12 month period.

Over the last 12 months, there were 2,238 house sales, a 0.3% increase on the last quarter. Maryborough took out top spot with 332, while Urangan had 282 sales and Urraween had 158 sales. Median house price is $332,500, no change from last quarter. Land sales over the last 12 months totalled 673. Glenwood accounted for 81 of the blocks sold, followed by River Heads with 61, and Urangan with 46 blocks sold. Median land price is $150,000, a 5.3% increase compared to the previous 12 month period.

There were 1,093 houses sold over the last 12 months, an 8.3% increase on last quarter. Frenchville was the big mover with 142 sales, closely followed by Gracemere with 128 sales and Yeppoon with 126 sales. Median house price over the last 12 months remains at $269,000, a 2.5% increase from last quarter. There were 139 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Norman Gardens topped the leader board with 32 sales, while Yeppoon sold 31 and Parkhurst sold 28. Median land price over the last 12 months is $154,400, an 8% drop compared to previous 12 months.

Over the last 12 months, there were 1,554 house sales, up 0.8% from last quarter. Bargara was the clear leader with 161 sales, followed by Kepnock with 81 sales and Moore Park Beach entered the race in third place with 74 sales. Median house price over the last 12 months is $290,000, representing a 0.5% decrease from last quarter. There were 369 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Branyan, Moore Park Beach, and Bargara, topped the land sales charts with 31, 26, and 25 lots sold respectively. Median land price over the last 12 months is $150,000, a 0.7% increase compared to the previous 12 months.

Clinton, Agnes Water, and Tannum Sands held the top three spots for house sales in the region, with 74, 69, and 60 sales respectively over the last 12 months. During this time there were 725 house sales in total. Median house price over the last 12 months is $295,000, a 1% increase from last quarter. Over the last year, there were 150 blocks of land sold. Agnes Waters accounted for 29 of these sales, Kirkwood 15 and Clinton 10. Median land price over the last 12 months is $147,500, a 9.3% increase compared to the previous 12 month period.

Over the last 12 months there were 1,664 houses sold, a 6.3% increase on last quarter. The big movers in house sales were Andergrove with 133 sales, North Mackay with 102 sales, and Rural View with 96 sales. Median house price over the last 12 months was $370,000, a 2.2% increase on last quarter. There were 280 blocks of land sold over the last 12 months. Leading the land sales were Rural View with 43 sales, Richmond with 21, and Beaconsfield sitting on 18. Median land price was $178,000, up 1.7% from the previous 12 month period.

The region recorded 453 house sales over the last 12 months, a 4.6% increase on last quarter. Median house price over the year is $375,000, which no change from last quarter. Bowen topped the leader board for house sales with 121 sales, Cannonvale also had 118, and Proserpine is in third spot with 42 sales. Median land price is $168,000, up 5% on the previous 12 month period. There were 166 blocks of land sold over the last 12 months. Bowen, Cannonvale, and Cannon Valley were the top three spots for land sales with 66, 27, and 21 sales respectively.

The big movers in house sales over the last 12 months were Kirwan with 268 sales, Bushland Beach with 122 sales, and Mount Louisa with 121 sales. Over this period, median house price was $325,500, a 0.2% increase from the last quarter. There were 2,281 houses sold over the last 12 months. There were 380 blocks of land sold in the last 12 months. Bohle Plains took out the top spot with 45 sales, Jensen recorded 34, and Mount Low had 28 sales. Median land price is $179,000, an 8.5% increase compared to the previous 12 month period.

2,394 houses were sold in the last 12 months, up 4.1% from last quarter. In another close race for the top three spots, Redlynch took out first spot with 174 sales, followed by Mount Sheridan with 168, and Kewarra Beach had 166 sales. Median house price over the last 12 months is $420,000. Palm Cove was the leader for land sales, with 35 sales over the last 12 months. Trinity Beach had 32 sales and Smithfield had 30 sales. There were 335 blocks of land sold in total in the last 12 months. Median land price is $235,000, a 4.4% increase on the previous 12 month period.
