UDIA Queensland’s Taylor Hood will share insights from the UDIA National Housing Pipeline® presented by nbn co, highlighting the amount of development-ready land available for greenfield residential projects, constraints limiting the ability to deliver supply, and the infrastructure required to catalyse undeveloped land holdings in the region.
Brad Gates from Eastmountain will provide a developer’s perspective on the key barriers to housing delivery, offering insights into the theoretical versus actual land supply in the region.
