Accelerating Ipswich: Transport & Infrastructure Update

As population growth accelerates across the Ipswich region, staying ahead of changing transport demands has never been more crucial.

Mayor Teresa Harding from Ipswich City Council, will outline Council’s priorities, key projects, and the long-term planning needed to ensure infrastructure delivery keeps pace with the region’s rapid expansion.

Following this, Andy Meyer from the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will provide an update on the Centenary Highway, and the rail and bus network, highlighting current constraints, system performance, and emerging opportunities to improve connectivity across the region.

They will then be joined by Jemima Bartlett from Stockland for a panel discussion.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear directly from Council and TMR as they outline their priorities and the infrastructure strategies shaping one of Queensland’s fastest-growing communities.
