Sunshine Coast: Rezoning and Works scheme changes

The amendments include:

• The Planning Scheme Policy for Development Works including proposals to put into effect stormwater changes, asset delivery standards including and roads and a new section for the delivery of local parks. The changes update the standards, specifications and procedures to guide the design, construction and delivery of new development asset infrastructure and works and can be found here.
• The Additional SEQRP Sites and Other Zoning Matters including proposals to make zoning changes and local plan area boundary changes relating to specific sites located at Bli Bli, Chevallum, Forest Glen and including additional low density residential zoning at Landsborough and Yandina.
