UDIA (Qld) provides a networking and professional development platform for members at all stages of their careers.

The Urban Edge group is dedicated entirely to servicing younger members of the Institute and property development students through:

• Recognising and collaborating on industry issues affecting young members;
• Providing opportunities for professional and career development;
• Highlighting the contributions of younger members within the industry;
• Providing a forum for social, networking, and educational events;
• Creating support mechanisms and mentoring programs for younger members;
• Motivating and assisting members to achieve their career and life goals.
