UDIA believes in rewarding outstanding achievement in the industry to encourage innovation and provide broader recognition for the professionalism and excellence within the Queensland development industry. Our awards program is extensive and includes:

UDIA (Qld) Boral Awards for Excellence
The annual Awards for Excellence are designed to recognise and reward excellence in development projects across Queensland.

UDIA National Awards
Winners of the annual state-based Awards for Excellence become finalists in the National Awards.

WID Awards
The Women in Development Awards recognise the significant contribution of women working within the Queensland development industry.

North Queensland Awards
Rewarding developers operating in the Northern Queensland region including, Townsville, Cairns and Mackay/Whitsunday. These awards take place every second year.
