Event Cancellation Policy
For all UDIA (QLD) events, unless specifically noted on the registration form, payment and guest names are required to be forwarded to the UDIA (QLD) events team no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. CANCELLATIONS must be notified in writing at least four (4) days prior to the event. Refunds for cancellations after this date will not be provided.
